NLP and Engineering Conversational Interfaces ChatHR is a research project between SAP and the Technical University of Munich (TUM) that uses LLM to generate answers to HR related questions. We developed a solution using (L)LMs by using a human-in-the-loop in various parts of data collection, development and evaluation.
We report on upcoming research projects with healthcare providers and several clinics like the Klinikum Rechts der Isar. The projects explore the use LLMs for dementia detection, for patient-centered voice assistance, and for improving medical meta-analyses.
We present a novel approach, CreateData4AI, to help domain experts efficiently annotate large textual training data for NLP. We exemplify the approach using data from the Handelsregister. |
